Intellectual Property consists of property that is considered insignificant. Under the Act, there are at least three different types of property, including real estate, movable and intangible property.

intangible assets refer to data that have been created in the minds of both men and women. This information is then translated into expressions of thought or idea or a portion of the concrete, which can be configured for individual rights. For example, literary works, songs, art, software, inventions, names, symbols, drawings, graphics, industrial processes used for commercial purposes, business methods and trademarks listed on the intellectual property rights. So, to protect these ideas to anyone who wants to copy or steal them, the law adopted by the creation of intellectual property rights.
