Ten important things Cyber Law
Tuesday, April 26th, 2011Cyber Law deals with legal issues in the use of the Internet and all devices connected over a network, their proper use to prevent and combat cyber crime. Since the Internet is worldwide, the rules and regulations are a little cloudy, but we should remember a few things, so we use the Internet efficiently and safely without causing any problems.
1 The boundaries between the Internet may not be obvious, but users are bound by the laws of jurisdiction in an area where they live. 2 Do not open Web pages, may be approved by the jurisdiction in your area. 3 You must not post any offensive material which may cause resentment among Internet users. Articles and insulting tone of sensitive topics like religion, politics, etc., to download child pornography and other offensive material considered a crime in many countries and is punishable, according to its laws. 4 Sinipot illegally downloading and sharing copyrighted elements, such as copyright, and articles on a cyber crime and those who are forced to engage in such acts can be prosecuted. 5 Duplication of content or software CDs and DVDs are copyright and the distribution of these on the Internet must be punished. 6 Stealing your information (phishing), and publish a user (identity theft) is a serious cyber-crime. 7 sending bulk messages, which can affect the network and jam mailboxes called spamming. USA introduced the CAN-SPAM Act, S 2003, which allows prosecution of spammers. 8 Sending malicious codes such as viruses and worms through the website and e-mails is a cyber crime, which can cause serious injuries and no one to wear on you, can be severely punished. 9 Every site that allows users to download materials do not have permission to be prosecuted, or even to shut down.
